The JCCA is an association of Homeowners Associations, Property Owners Associations and Condo Associations in, and adjacent to, the City of Johns Creek. We are dedicated to protecting quality of life and enhancing home values in Johns Creek. The following is extracted from the JCCA Strategic Plan.
Mission
As a collective and public FACE of Johns Creek neighborhoods, for the benefit of our member Homeowner Associations, the JCCA’s mission is to Facilitate, Advocate, Communicate, and Educate.
Vision
The JCCA’s vision is to be the prime organization in Johns Creek that provides our members with resources to become more effective Homeowner Associations, assist with governmental affairs, and with achieving their goals.
Goal
Our goal is to enhance property values and quality of life by nurturing communications between neighborhoods, business, and governmental entities.
